The State Coordinator, NYSC Benue ,Mrs Garba Veronica has advised Corps Members deployed to Benue State for the 2024 Batch B2 Service Year to make the issues of security their business. She gave the advice today, while flagging off the Orientation Camp Lecture series held at the New multipurpose Hall, NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Wannune, Tarka Local Government Area.
“Security is everybody’s business”, she stated.
She encouraged them to participate actively,pay attention and get the relevant information and training which is the whole essence of the Orientation training.
Also Speaking,the Head of lectures,Mr Ajah Dickson equally charged the Corps Members to pay attention and ask relevant and important questions devoid of ambiguities and repetitions .
A Security Consultant Dr Emmanuel Alibiosu of University of Abuja, delivered a very interesting and useful lecture on the topic “Security and Conflict Management.
He equally charged the Youth desist from the use of illegal and hard drugs capable of destroying the beautiful and bright future ahead of them.
Other Lectures, held were: Deployment and Relocation as well as ICT by Mrs Baushe Nanfe and Mohammed Anajah, respectively.
