Platoon 9 and 2 Win Miss NYSC, Mr. Macho Contest.

 

In a vibrant display of beauty and strength, the 2024 Batch B Stream II Mr. Macho and Miss NYSC contest took center stage evening of Thursday, September 12th at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede, Osun State.

The highly anticipated event showcased the talents and vitality of the Corps Members, captivating the audience from start to finish.

The event, sponsored by Adbond Homes, was graced by notable officials, including the State Coordinator, Mr. Agbor Ndoma; Camp Director, Mr. Lawal Taofeek; Camp Commandant, Captain PG Doma and other key camp leaders.

The compere introduced the judges for the evening: Mr. Ibironke, ASF Omisore Abdulrauf, and the Chief Judge, Mr. Chris, the Lagos team leader, who outlined the criteria for judging both categories.

The Miss NYSC contestants dazzled the crowd with their beauty, confidence, and elegance, while the Mr. Macho participants impressed with their muscular displays, flexibility, and energy. Each contestant had the chance to showcase their creativity in their ceremonial wear before taking part in the Q&A session, testing their intellectual abilities alongside their physical talents.

The competition concluded with the announcement of winners by the Chief Judge, Mr. Chris. In the Miss NYSC category, Platoon 9 claimed the top prize, followed by Platoons 4 and 8 in second and third place. For the Mr. Macho contest, Platoon 2 emerged victorious, with Platoons 1 and 9 taking second and third positions.

All winners were awarded prizes, including 50,000 Naira, a 150sqm land plot, and brand ambassadorship deals, marking a celebratory end to the event.
