Journey Of Twenty-One Days Comes To An End In Yikpata Camp

 

The NYSC Kwara State has successfully concluded the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream II Orientation Course at Yikpata Camp, marking the end of a 21-day journey for the Corps Members. The closing ceremony was a grand affair, with an introductory parade, patriotic songs, and a display of unity and discipline through coordinated marches

The State Coordinator, Mr. Onifade Olaoluwa Joshua, presided over the ceremony, emphasizing the importance of precision and discipline. In his address, he encouraged Corps Members to build on their newly acquired skills by pursuing post-camp training and wished them success in their future endeavors He also reminded them to prioritize safety, cautioning against nighttime travel.

The ceremony concluded with a unified salute, three hearty cheers, and the rendition of the NYSC and national anthems. Afterwards, Corps Members received their posting letters and headed to their respective Local Government assignments and those on relocation boarded vehicles to their states of relocation.
