The State Coordinator, Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), Mr Mohammad Abdulsalam has assured the Management of NYSC Plateau of continued cooperation and synergy for the development and progress of both organisations and the state at large.
He made this known when the State Coordinator NYSC Plateau, Mr Jonathan I. Yavala and some of his Management staff paid him a visit in his office in Jos, the Plateau state capital.
The NMDPRA Boss used the opportunity to congratulate the Scheme over the recent review of allowances for Corps Members by the Federal Government.
The State Coordinator, NYSC Plateau while responding, stated that it is good to identify with stakeholders in the State, to enhance their operations in the state.
The State Coordinator also expressed his appreciation for the authority’s kind gesture by assisting the Scheme access fuel at government controlled price during the just concluded 2024 Batch “B’ Stream II Orientation Exercise. He also solicited for more support during future activities of the Scheme.
Mr Yavala equally informed the State Coordinator of NMDPRA of the Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) programme that is aimed at making Corps Members self-reliant and reduce Youth unemployment in the country.
