After a brief period of calm in the Federal Capital Territory, protesters have returned to the streets on Saturday.
The protest, previously halted due to raids on residences and the arrest of organisers, is now actively underway.
The protest which started on August 1 is expected to end today with a one million-man march across the country.
In preparation for today’s protest, newsmen on Friday observed the heavy presence of security operatives around the Central Business District areas.
