Take SAED Post Camp Training Serious For Further Competency And Certification –NYSC Kogi Coordinator

 

The NYSC Kogi State Coordinator, Mr. Femi Osungbohun has called on Corps Members to take the SAED hands-on training beyond the NYSC Kogi State orientation camp. He stated this on Friday, 14th September, during the SAED closing ceremony of the 2024 Batch ‘B’ stream II orientation course.

 

He emphasized that the in-camp training was simply a beginning. He urged the Corps Members to take the post camp training seriously for further competency and certification.

 

The state coordinator also praised the various resource persons and members of the SAED committee headed by Mrs. Patience Eguakhide for their commitment to ensuring that the corps members leave the camp with valuable marketing skills.

Eguakhide, also emphasize the importance of SAED to the Corps Members, she noted that NYSC has a SAED center at the NYSC Kogi State secretariat and other designated centers across the various Local Government Areas, where the Corps Members posted can continue with their post camp hands-on training and perfect their skills.

 

Highlights of the event was the presentation of gifts to deserving Corps Members from the different skill sets.
